Writing/Publication Intensive Workshop

Beginning September 6, students in the Lehi, UT area can attend an intensive, two-hour a week workshop on writing and publication. Classes will be held from 1:30-3:30 pm on Mondays until the end of April (with the usual breaks).

Extensive reading of different kinds of stylistic material including short stories, novels, and essays on the art of writing. Students will be expected to write regularly and consistently, and to learn to edit their own and other students’ material.

All students will work together to produce a work for publication over the course of the workshop, and will receive royalties from the sale of the work in perpetuity. As such, this might be the only class a student will take in his life that could pay for itself.
